Killing Of Chef Due To Professional Dispute: Three Accused Arrested

Must read

The Peenya police have arrested three individuals in connection with the murder of a chef, which was motivated by a professional dispute. The arrested suspects are Satish, Devaraj, and Shivakumar, also known as Putta, residents of Chikkabidarakallu. The incident occurred a few days ago when the accused killed their friend, Anand (33), due to a dispute related to their profession. Following an investigation into the matter, the police were able to locate and apprehend the suspects based on technical information.
Anand and the main accused, Satish, were previously involved in a catering business together. However, Anand eventually started his own venture, which strained his relationship with Satish. As Anand’s business flourished, Satish became increasingly jealous of his success. Ultimately, Anand’s success led to a plot against him. The accused, including Satish’s friend Putta and Dayanand, conspired to carry out the murder. According to the plan, Satish invited Anand to a party on the pretext of celebrating their wedding anniversary. Anand prepared food at home, bought liquor, and accompanied Satish to Channanayakanapally. Upon reaching the location, Satish assaulted Anand, ultimately resulting in his death. The three accused then poured petrol on the victim’s body and set it on fire. The following day, locals discovered the partially burnt body and promptly reported it to the police. Anand’s wife, who had traveled to her hometown in Tamil Nadu, became concerned when she was unable to reach her husband, prompting her to repeatedly call him. In the meantime, Anand had already been reported missing to the police station.
