22-Year-Old Village Accountant Hanged Herself

A young woman who was serving as a village accountant in the Sarjapur Nada office of Bangalore rural district for the past few years committed suicide by hanging herself from her fanny while she was alone at home.
The young woman who committed suicide has been identified as Alia Anjum Annigeri (22). A young lady from Bellary district, she was working as village accountant in Sarjapur Nad office. She was living in a rented house in the building of Srinivas Reddy at Muniveerappa Galli near the police station of Anekal town. Parents are still living in the village. Both brother and sister lived in Bangalore. On the background that the younger sister was serving as a village accountant in Sarjapur, with the intention of being with her until her marriage, the older brother also came with the younger sister and lived separately in the town of Anekal. However, Alia Anjum’s elder brother had gone to the village of Bellary for some work. As today is Sunday holiday, she is alone at home without going to work, and she puts on a saree for Fanny and surrenders herself to hanging. The owner of the building has informed Anekal police about this incident. The police immediately reached the spot and checked the dead body of the young woman and the place. However, it is not known why the young woman committed suicide. Even the elder brother has not gone to the town and the matter has been informed to the family.
