District Collector K Srinivas instructed to take necessary actions. The main examinations will be held, and the precautionary measures will be taken to ensure that the test work is conducted in a peaceful, orderly, transparent and legal manner. District Collector K Srinivas directed the authorities to conduct the examination smoothly.
He was speaking after presiding over the “SSLC Main Examination Proceedings of 2021-22” held at District Collector’s Office Auditorium in Bangalore Rural District, Beerasandra Village, Devanahalli Taluk.
Due to Covid-19, SSLC All students and staff in the exam writing district must wear a mask. Sanitizer and thermal screening should be arranged in each test center.
The exams are 2 to 3 days apart and the test schedule is student friendly and the first bell will be at 10.15 am every day.
He instructed the field instructors to make sure that each room has room for up to 20 students and to check the basic facilities such as good seating, clean toilet, CC camera, air-conditioned rooms in each test center.
Of the 13,872 students registered for the main exam, 534 are private candidates in SSLC in 2021-22
He said that 58 SSLC examination centers have been opened across Bangalore Rural District, two of which have been opened for private candidates in Devanahalli.
He advised the Valiyapallapura and other KSRTC depot manager to provide admission tickets for students traveling to remote examination centers and to provide free travel and to provide exam special buses for children where there is no regular route.
SSLC He said all the test workers should wear a board-issued identification card and be warned that unauthorized persons are restricted from entering and to avoid giving false news about the test.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Commissioner Vijaya E Rikkumar, District Panchayat Deputy Secretary Munikrishnappa, Education Officer Hanumanthappa, all officials of the Education Department, district level officials of the respective department and others.
