The sound of JCBs roaring in the city for the removal of encroachment on Rajakaluve is hidden.
The BBMP authorities have stopped the operation to clear Rajakaluve encroachment in order to avoid the calamity caused by heavy rains in the city.
The BBMP officials, who had been operating for just four days under the watchful eye of the court and opposition leaders, have suspended the occupation of Rajkaluve since yesterday.
The JCB machines which were roaring for four days in Mahadevpur, Bommanahalli, Dasarahalli, Yelahanka have become silent since yesterday.
