The first part of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rise turned out to be a mega-hit, and the film has grossed over Rs 350 crores worldwide. The shoot of the second part of the film, titled Pushpa-The Riise is all set to begin in August. Now, the latest report suggests that the makers of the film have approached Vijay Sethupathi for a crucial role. Vijay Sethupathi was initially roped in to play the role of a forest officer but the actor later walked out of the film due to a clash in his shooting dates. However, a report states that the makers have now planned to rope in the actor for Pushpa: The Rule.
However, there is no official announcement regarding the same from either of the sides. The expectations are double for Pushpa: The Rise, and the director Sukumar is basing a strong script to stand tall with the film’s success again.
Rashmika Mandanna plays the leading lady, while Fahadh Faasil will also be seen in Pushpa: The Rise. Like the first installment, the second will also be a Pan-Indian release. Also, it won’t be a surprise if the film is dubbed in any foreign language as the first part was a massive hit globally.
