Naresh Shravan Seeks Court To Quash FIR

It has come to light that two men has approached to quash FIR on former minister Ramesh Jarkiholi’s CD Case. Naresh Gowda and Shravan have filed an application in the High Court, and the High Court has filed an application to quash the FIR of the complaint filed in Sadashivnagar.
Our name is not in the FIR. Not involved in blackmail and extortion. A year has passed since the case was registered. Therefore, they filed an application in the High Court under CrPC 482 to quash the FIR.
Minister Jarkiholi had filed a blackmail complaint in Sadashivanagar police station regarding the CD issue. A complaint was lodged that the victim had abused her power and committed rape in Cubbon Park. Based on the complaint filed by the young woman, the police had submitted a B report regarding the rape case. Jarkiholi, who was a minister, had lost his ministerial position due to the CD case.
