Yadrami
Moderate rain in Yadrami on Thursday evening brought relief to people suffering from heat for past two months. Clouds formed in evening and rain fell in several parts of taluk for about one hour cooling weather. Since morning sun was strong in many areas including Yadrami town. After four pm thick clouds covered sky and rain started. Rain also fell in nearby villages with wind, thunder and lightning. Farmers said rain gave moisture to soil helping agricultural work and pre monsoon preparation. Weather in town became cooler after rain improving local conditions for residents.
People welcomed rain as relief from continuous heat and humidity. Locals said the rain has improved daily life and reduced power of heat waves while urging authorities to maintain drainage systems in case of heavy rainfall in coming days to avoid waterlogging issues and ensure smooth movement of people and vehicles in the taluk region and farmers remain hopeful for better crop conditions if similar rains continue in the region.
