The victims claimed that unknown individuals had promised them government employment in exchange for money, luring them with assurances of secure positions. The women alleged that they had paid significant amounts to the accused, believing the promises made to them. However, as time passed, neither were they given any job appointments nor was their money returned. Realizing they had been deceived, the victims approached the police seeking justice.
