KOPPAL
Kalyan Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (KKRTC) Koppal Division has invited applications for one year apprentice training under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. Training will be given at depots and workshops in Koppal, Gangavathi, Kuknoor, Yelaburga, Kushtagi and the divisional workshop.
A total of 65 seats are available. These include 15 posts for Mechanic Diesel, 18 posts for Auto Electrician, and 32 posts for Auto Body Builder or Fitter. Applicants must have passed the related ITI trade.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old as of January 31, 2026. The upper age limit is 40 years for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates and 35 years for General category candidates. Seats are reserved as per rules, with 17 percent for Scheduled Castes and 7 percent for Scheduled Tribes. Selected trainees will receive a monthly stipend fixed by the corporation.
Those who already completed apprenticeship training earlier are not eligible. Training does not guarantee a job in KKRTC. Candidates must know how to read, write, and speak Kannada. They must also be physically fit and produce a medical certificate.
Applicants must attend a walk in interview on February 26 between 11 am and 1.30 pm at the Divisional Controller office, KKRTC Koppal Division, at their own cost. They should bring original documents, photocopies, Aadhaar, bank details, mobile number, and email ID.
Candidates must register online at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and apply to the KKRTC Koppal Division establishment before 5.30 pm on February 25. Names and birth details must match SSLC and Aadhaar records. Applications with wrong information will be rejected without notice, officials said. No recommendations or pressure will be accepted in any form.
