The Bangalore University awarded The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree to Sri. Srinivasa.H.M, Accounts Officer, Department for Handlooms and Textile, Government of Karnataka, Bangalore in management subject on Thursday 3rd March 2022 for his Thesis entitled “Workforce Planning and Employee Engagement for Road Safety – A Study with reference to Bangalore Traffic Police”.He did his research work successfully under the guidance of Dr.Irshad Nazeer, Professor Department of Management, Research Centre, Presidency college, Bangalore, India.
