Actor Ali Fazal has completed filming for ‘Metro In Dino’, the much-awaited sequel to Anurag Basu’s 2007 hit, Life In A… Metro. The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Pankaj Tripathi, and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
Ali’s team shared a celebratory picture featuring the film crew and director Anurag Basu marking the wrap-up. Expressing his emotions, Ali said, “Wrapping up Metro In Dino has been an emotional and joyful journey. Working with Anurag sir has been an honour. His unique vision and storytelling have always inspired me, and being part of this talented team has been a thrilling experience.”
The film delves into bittersweet tales of modern relationships, capturing diverse shades and emotions of love in today’s world. Originally scheduled for release on December 8, 2023, it was later postponed to March 29, 2024, and will now hit the screens on November 29, 2024.
With music composed by Pritam, Metro In Dino is produced by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series in association with Anurag Basu Productions Pvt Ltd. Fans are eagerly awaiting the sequel, which promises a heartfelt exploration of human connections.
