New Delhi
BJP National General Secretary Dushyant Kumar Gautam visited the Vivek Vihar New Friends Colony underpass on Thursday and criticized former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for the poor condition of Delhi’s roads and increasing pollution. He brought along a cutout of Kejriwal labeled Kattar Corrupt.
While inspecting the damaged roads with BJP workers, Gautam stated, the roads are in terrible shape, and pollution is rising—Kejriwal is to blame. He hasn’t built new schools or hospitals and has failed to bring any development to our capital.
Gautam called on voters to back the BJP in the upcoming elections, saying, now is the time for change. Delhi needs a capable and progressive government, and only the BJP can ensure the city’s development. He emphasized the need to remove Kejriwal from power to establish a double engine government that would drive progress.
As the Assembly elections approach, both the BJP and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) are reaching out to the public. While AAP’s National Convener promotes his government’s achievements, the BJP is highlighting the ruling party’s failures.
In response to the growing concerns about road conditions, Delhi Chief Minister Atishi recently announced a plan to assess and repair roads, with all AAP Cabinet ministers tasked with identifying poor roads in the coming week.
