Palwal

During a rally in Palwal, on Tuesday, PM Modi criticized the Congress party, reviving the urban naxal allegation. He claimed that while Congress talks about restoring Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, it never mentions reclaiming Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). Modi asserted that Congress is opposed to the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and has not fully implemented the Constitution in Jammu and Kashmir.

He emphasized that voters should prioritize safety, job creation, and infrastructure improvements. Congress has a singular agenda centered on urban naxalism. They mention Article 370 but avoid discussing PoK, he stated, adding that the party has fragmented Kashmir and is deceitful.

Labeling Congress as the biggest anti-Dalit party, Modi accused it of planning to end reservations, specifically targeting Haryana as a testing ground for their agenda. They aim to eliminate reservations while pretending to support the Dalit community, he said. He also noted the internal conflicts within Congress and highlighted the Dalit community’s determination to resist being used for political gain.

Haryana will hold elections for its 90-member assembly on October 5, with results expected on October 8. In the 2019 elections, the BJP won 40 seats, while Congress secured 30.
