On Wednesday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia launched the ‘Pashu Seva Rath’ in Gwalior to provide medical services to animals. The initiative, announced by Scindia’s office on X, aims to enhance animal welfare, particularly focusing on injured and ill cattle.
The Gwalior Municipal Corporation initiated this program in response to numerous accidents involving animals. The mobile unit will transport sick and injured animals to the Gaushala for treatment. Residents can report affected animals by calling 07512438358 or 9644 08123.
In addition to the launch, Yadav attended the Regional Industry Conclave at Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Agricultural University in Gwalior. Alongside Union Minister Scindia and other state officials, Yadav inaugurated the conclave, which aims to boost employment and investment in Madhya Pradesh. The conclave is part of a series leading up to the Invest Madhya Pradesh-Global Investor Summit-2025 scheduled for February 7-8, 2025, in Bhopal. The summit’s goal is to position Madhya Pradesh as a top investment destination by showcasing its resources and industrial potential.
Previously, similar conclaves were held in Ujjain and Jabalpur, with additional investment-focused sessions conducted outside the state.
