Allegations have surfaced against PDO T. Srinivas of Kannamangala Gram Panchayat regarding the creation of fake title deeds for government Anganwadi land, purportedly worth crores of rupees. It is demanded that he be suspended and a criminal case be filed against him. These accusations were raised during a press conference at Devanahalli Town District Journalist Bhawan, where it was stated that plots much larger than the standard sizes designated by the government were allegedly issued.

According to M. Chandra Gowda, concerns were voiced over PDO Srinivas transferring ownership of Anganwadi facilities and a dilapidated building to private individuals. Questions were raised regarding the propriety of PDO Srinivas receiving government salary while allegedly misappropriating public properties. Furthermore, accusations of collusion with private individuals to issue fraudulent donation deeds for government land were also made.

M. Chandra Gowda emphasized records showing rent payments for a milk dairy since 1991 and electricity bill payments for another building to BESCOM. Allegedly, PDO Srinivas, along with Second Class Accounts Assistant Lakshman and Devanahalli Taluk Panchayat Executive Srinath Gowda, facilitated these actions. Calls were made for appropriate disciplinary measures against those involved in these irregularities to safeguard public resources.
