Various sub-divisions of Bengaluru Jal Board, including South-East-3, South-East-6, West-1-3, North-West-5, North-2-3, South-1-3, South-West-3, South-West-6, and East 2-4, will convene on June 27 from 9:30 am to 11 am to address issues related to water billing, delayed water and sewerage connections, and the transition from domestic to non-domestic water use. Water courts have been set up at Adalat Seva Stations across different locations such as Aralur, Dodda Kannanahalli, Kasavanahalli, BTM Layout, and others.
Complaints regarding water shortages can be registered through the Board’s 24/7 Complaint Handling Center Helpline at 1916. Additionally, complaints can also be submitted via WhatsApp at 8762228888, as announced by the Public Relations Officer of Bangalore Water Board.
