At the marriage ceremony of Praveena Soodi, Technical Coordinator of Rona Taluk Panchayat, an unusual approach to election awareness was taken under the leadership of SK Inamdar, Executive Officer of Rona Taluk Panchayat. Praveena, along with her husband, Prakash, decided to organize a special social program to raise awareness about voting during their wedding at Sivananda Kalyana Mandapa in the city. Guests were educated about the importance of voting in the current Lok Sabha election and urged to exercise their right to vote without fail.SK Inamdar emphasized that voting is the duty of every eligible individual and urged everyone to participate in the voting process to uphold the Constitution. He stressed the significance of selecting worthy candidates for the betterment of the country’s security and citizens’ lives. Shivappa Soodi, the groom’s father, expressed happiness about their initiative to conduct voting awareness among more than 3,000 people attending the wedding. SK Inamdar, who serves as the SVEEP Committee President of the taluk, mentioned their ongoing efforts to promote voting awareness in the community. The event marks a significant step in spreading awareness about the importance of voting and encouraging citizens to fulfill their civic duty.
