Ram Prasath Manohar, the Chairman of the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB), took swift action against unauthorized water connections during a direct phone-in program from BWSSB.
During the live program, Ram Prasath addressed various water and drainage-related concerns raised by the public. Notably, he responded to complaints about unauthorized connections in PG accommodations, emphasizing the need for immediate action to curb such practices. Stressing the importance of proper water management, Ram Prasat directed officials to investigate the matter within a week and submit a report.
Additionally, residents highlighted issues such as water scarcity and leakage, receiving prompt attention from the Ram Prasath instructed officials to address these concerns effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
Furthermore, the public expressed appreciation for BWSSB’s efforts in water conservation and groundwater development. To continue addressing community concerns, Manohar announced regular phone-in programs every Friday in April and May.
