The movie, also featuring Nishant Dahiya and Kanwaljit Singh, is produced by Jyoti Deshpande and the Baweja family. It is presented by Jio Studios in collaboration with Baweja Studios.
The original Malayalam film, The Great Indian Kitchen, directed by Jeo Baby and starring Nimisha Sajayan and Suraj Venjaramoodi, garnered widespread acclaim. It was also remade in Tamil with the same title, directed by R Kannan and featuring Aishwarya Rajesh and Rahul Ravindran.
