CM Siddaramaiah has presented a historic and constructive budget, which is complementary to the development of the state. Lakshmi Hebbalkar, Minister of Women and Child Development, Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities and Senior Citizens thanked the CM for saying that this is a budget that is beneficial to all sections.
Rs. 86,423 crores have been provided for women targeted projects in 2024-25. The CM has responded to most of the demands of the department. He said that Rs. 54,617 crore has been provided in the budget for child targeted projects, she said.
