Meena visited the victim, currently undergoing treatment at the ‘Sakhi’ center in the district hospital, dedicating two hours to gathering information. During this visit, he obtained the police investigation report, medical report, and recorded statements from relevant parties. Addressing the media, Sunilkumar Meena stated, I have investigated the violation of human rights in this case. After obtaining complete information, I will prepare a report and present it before the commission. The Commission will make a decision later. Earlier in the day, Meena visited New Vantamuri village, examining the house of the victim, the residence of the accused, and the location where the assault occurred. CID in-charge DIG Sudhirakumar Reddy led a team that also collected information on Monday. In a meeting held at a private guest house in the city, Reddy gathered details about the victim and her family, scrutinized incident records, and involved officials from the police and judicial departments.  A dedicated team of six members, including CID SPs Prithvik and Rashmi Parddy, along with DySP Anjumala Nayak, is leading the investigation into this distressing case.
