The raids were led by Lokayukta officials including SP Vasudevaram, DYSP Mrityunjay, and PI Manjunath. They focused on the residences of the accused, identified as Chandrakant, and also covered two properties belonging to him along with the local Agriculture Department office in Chitradurga.
Homes in Taralabalu Nagar and T. Nulenuru village of Holalkere taluk were thoroughly searched. Officials meticulously examined records and documents to trace any irregularities in asset accumulation.
