Women and Child Welfare Department Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar on Friday launched the ‘Ajji Mane’ project built by Malabar Group for the needy women. Speaking at the inauguration of ‘Ajji Mane’ built in Katriguppe, the minister said that the work of the organization is really commendable. Malabar, which has gold jewelery establishments in the country and abroad, is now a role model for all through social programs. Malabar is doing excellent work for destitute women. The minister said that this is God’s work, the organization is also benefiting the students through CSR fund. Chairman of Malabar Institute M.P.Ahmed, MD Asher, Idress.V, A.K.Mohamed Mushtafah, K.H. Farooq, Filsoor Babu were present.
