The 9th Pro Am Muay Thai Championship held at Global Divinity Mall in Bangalore featured intense action that kept the audience on the edge of their seats. Fighters from eight different Indian states participated in the competition, fiercely defending their state’s pride and honor. The event, organized by MTI India in partnership with O3 Sports and Global Divinity Mall, was a significant milestone in the world of combat sports.
9th Pro Am Muay Thai Championship showcased the diverse martial arts talent of the nation and had a total of 42 participants, consisting of 12 officials, 9 honorary officials, and 21 technical officials. The states that took part in the event were Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Maharashtra, Orissa, and Manipur.
The dedicated team of fifteen officials, led by Mr. Abid, founder, MTI Federation, ensured the smooth running of the event, which began with a grand opening recently. The inauguration was done by Mr. Ujjwal Mukhia, the Co-founder of O3 Sports, adding to the excitement of the occasion.
The tournament had exciting semi-final matches on the first day, followed by a thrilling finals showdown on August 19th, with over 20 matches played in total.
At the end of the event, the leaders of MTI India acknowledged and praised the winners, with special recognition given to the co-founders of O3 Sports – Ujjwal Mukhia, Rakesh Meghani, Dixit Mehta, and Rahul Vadzs – for their pivotal role in making the event a success.
