Amruthahalli Couple Murder Case: Investigation To Be Conducted In 30 Days And Chargesheet Submitted

The Amrithalli police station of the city has filed a charge sheet against the accused within 30 days after investigating the case of murder of a couple that took place in a private company a few days ago. A charge sheet has been filed against Arun Felix, Vinay Reddy and Santhosh of Zee-Net Company. It has been proved in the investigation that Arun had plotted to kill the rival company without being able to compete in the industry. This is a case in which a charge sheet has been submitted to the court after being investigated within a short period of time.North East Division DCP Lakshmiprasad said, “A total of 25 police officers were involved in the investigation led by ACP Rangappa. The accused Felix, Vinay Reddy and Santosh were arrested. The police conducted investigations at around 22 places. Statements of more than 126 witnesses were obtained. Now a 1,350-page long charge sheet has been submitted to the court. Submitted” he said. On the evening of June 11, Felix, who entered the office of Aeronics Media Pvt. Ltd. on the 6th avenue of Pampa barangay, shot and killed the managing director, Phanindra Subrahmanya, and the chief executive officer, Vinukumar. Phanindra, who used to abuse Felix when they were working together, recently fired him.For the same hatred, Felix decided to kill Phanindra. The other two accused, Vinay Reddy and Santhosh, had no grudge against Phanindra. However, after listening to Felix, he joined hands in the murder. The accused had no intention to kill Vinukumar. However, during the killing of Phanindra, Vinukumar, who had gone to stop him, was also beaten and killed with weapons. On June 12, the accused Felix, Vinay Reddy and Santhosh were arrested by the Amrithalli police near Kunigal.
