Jewargi
Sixteen passengers sustained minor injuries after a KSRTC bus travelling from Kalaburagi to Dharmasthala met with an accident near Kellur village in Jewargi taluk. According to reports, the bus lost control and veered off the road, leading to the mishap. Local residents and officials quickly reached the spot and assisted in rescue operations. The injured passengers were shifted to the Government Taluk Hospital in Jewargi, where doctors confirmed that all were out of danger. Former MLA Doddappagouda Patil Naribol visited the hospital to check on the injured and directed officials to ensure proper treatment. Police have initiated an investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident.
