Moodbidri
A road accident near Aikala close to Kinnigoli, where a car overturned but the driver escaped without injuries. The KA-20 registered vehicle was travelling from Pakshikere towards Moodbidri when it met with the mishap due to slippery road conditions caused by oil residue after rainfall in the morning. While taking a turn, the driver lost control, causing the car to overturn and crash into a roadside tree, though he miraculously escaped unhurt. Locals and sources confirmed that the driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle and no other injuries were reported in the incident. Police later inspected the spot and cleared traffic flow restored quickly.
