The streets of Ram Chowk were filled with orange flags and the sound of firecrackers as BJP supporters celebrated the party’s success in three state assembly elections. Leaders and activists from various pro-Hindu organizations joined the festivities, sharing sweets and cheering for the victory in West Bengal, Assam, and Puducherry.
Local leader Revansiddappa Jalade addressed the enthusiastic crowd, calling the win in West Bengal a “historic” turning point for the nation. He claimed that the results were a clear sign that voters had rejected corruption and oppression. “The people have given an unprecedented mandate,” Jalade stated, adding that the victory felt like a new era of freedom for those frustrated with past governance.
