According to reports, the accused, who is currently lodged in a Central Jail in connection with a POCSO case, managed to gain access to a mobile phone and used it to make a video call to the minor victim. During the call, he allegedly threatened the girl and pressured her to speak in his favor in court proceedings. The act has caused significant distress to the victim and her family. It is further alleged that the accused had written the victim’s name on his hand and displayed it during the video call, adding to the intimidation. The continuous harassment has reportedly left the minor traumatized, while her family remains deeply concerned about her safety and mental well-being.
