India’s racing sensation Atiqa Mir continues to make headlines in the global motorsport circuit after finishing an impressive fourth in Round 4.1 of the Champions of the Future Academy (COFTA) karting series. The highly competitive event, closely followed by the F1 Academy, saw the 10-year-old narrowly miss out on a podium finish despite being in contention for victory for the majority of the race.

Atiqa displayed exceptional skill and composure on the track, executing bold moves and maintaining her pace against some of the best young racers from across the globe. Though she eventually crossed the line in fourth place, her performance was widely appreciated, proving once again that she is among the brightest young prospects in the sport.

Earlier this month, Atiqa had already made waves by winning in the DAMC series in Dubai, a result that further cemented her reputation as a rising star. What makes her journey even more remarkable is that she is the first Indian driver to be supported by Formula 1, being part of the prestigious F1 Academy DYD program. This initiative is designed to nurture promising talent, and Atiqa’s consistent results show she belongs on this stage.

Her rapid progress at such a young age has ignited excitement among Indian motorsport fans, who see her as a future trailblazer. With her determination, skill, and international recognition, Atiqa Mir is not just chasing podiums but also inspiring the next generation of Indian racers to dream big.
