The Bharathinagar police on Saturday reopened a rowdy sheet against Jagadish alias Jaga in connection with the high-profile murder of Biklu Shiva alias Shivakumar in Bengaluru. Jagadish, who has a prior criminal record, was previously removed from the rowdy list in September 2023, reportedly due to the influence of BJP MLA Bhairati Basavaraj.
Biklu Shiva was brutally murdered in Bharathinagar on July 15, with Jagadish identified as the prime accused. Following the murder, Jagadish fled the country, escaping to Dubai via Chennai airport, evading law enforcement for months.
