Sheena Chohan learns martial arts for Jatsyam Maranam Dhruvam

Actress Sheena Chohan is preparing intensively for her upcoming Telugu pan-India action thriller Jatsyam Maranam Dhruvam. To step into the role of a fearless IPS officer, she is undergoing rigorous martial arts training in Hyderabad. Her daily schedule includes 90 minutes of practice with a personal coach, focusing on agility, strength, and combat skills.

Sheena already has a strong background in martial arts as a brown belt in Karate and a former state-level competitor in Karate and MMA. Starring opposite noted actor JD Chakravorty, she brings both discipline and experience to the demanding role. The film also features Naresh Agastya and is expected to begin promotions soon, raising anticipation for a power-packed thriller.

Speaking about her preparation, Sheena said, For me, the process is as important as the performance. My martial arts training, gym sessions, and time spent studying real officers all help me portray the character truthfully.

Sheena has been receiving appreciation for her recent performance in Sant Tukaram, where she played Avali Jijabai with grace and depth. With Jatsyam Maranam Dhruvam, she aims to showcase another dimension of her craft by combining emotional intensity with action. The teaser already introduced her as a bold, determined cop driven by justice, earning praise for her commanding screen presence.

Having started her career opposite Malayalam superstar Mammootty in The Train, Sheena has since built a diverse filmography. Now, she looks ready to cement her place as a strong pan-India performer.
