Adani Marathon to return with #Run4OurSoldiers theme

Ahmedabad

The Adani Ahmedabad Marathon will return for its 9th edition on November 30, with registrations now open. Organised by Adani Sportsline, the event will begin from the Sabarmati Riverfront and pass iconic city landmarks like the Atal Bridge, Gandhi Ashram, and Ellis Bridge.

This year, the marathon continues its powerful #Run4OurSoldiers theme, honoring the bravery of Indian soldiers. The 2025 edition holds extra meaning, following the defence forces’ crucial role in Operation Sindoor earlier this year. More than just a race, the marathon has become a citywide celebration of fitness, patriotism, and community spirit.

Pranav Adani, Director of Adani Enterprises, said it’s a privilege to host this event. He called it a “festival of running,” highlighting how thousands now run to show their support for the armed forces.

Last year, over 3,000 soldiers participated, and part of the proceeds go toward defence welfare. The event includes four race options: full marathon, half marathon, 10 km, and 5 km, open to all ages and fitness levels.

Recognised globally by AIMS and certified by the Athletics Federation of India, the marathon stands as one of India’s leading sporting events, promoting health and national pride.
