Induction Publicity Drive Flagged Off From Training Command, Air Force

Right man in right place is the golden rule in pursuit of excellence in delivering air power to the nation. On the aegis of such guiding principles, HQ Training Command, Indian Air Force embarked upon a month long student interaction program with the Induction Publicity Exhibition Vehicle (IPEV) across the southern part of the country. During these publicity drives, the IPEV contingent will cover more than 25 educational institutes of repute at Kodagu, Mysore and Thiruvananthapuram. The IPEV is a Volvo bus-based platform fitted with flying simulator, and other gadgets aimed to give an exposure to flying experience. Air Marshal SK Indoria, Senior Air Staff Officer, Training Command, Indian Air Force flagged off the IPEV on 24 Jun 23. The sole aim of the drive is to motivate the potential youth to join the Indian Air Force as officer and get the opportunity to be the vanguard of Indian Aerospace. The drive looks forward to showcase various facets of the IAF to aspiring students with special focus on providing valuable guidance on career avenues available in the IAF besides making them aware about its rich legacy towards safeguarding our borders from potential adversaries.
