The case of BMTC Bus Conductor being set on fire has got an explosive twist. During the police investigation, it was suspected that BMTC conductor Muttiah had committed suicide. The mobile phone and UPI ID of the deceased conductor Muttiah were checked and it was found that the last money transfer was made from Muttiah’s UPI ID on the night of the fire disaster. 700 rupees was transferred to the account of a petrol station located a little away from the place of the fire accident, and the information about the purchase of petrol and diesel has come to light. It is suspected that two liters of petrol and five liters of diesel were brought to complete the task. Muttiah, who had come out after the bus halted, sent the driver Prakash to tell me to sleep. Later, we got information that Muttiah left the bus after the driver fell asleep. Also, during the investigation of the Kudu police, it was found that all the windows and doors of the bus were closed from inside. After the fire broke out, it was suspected that the window panes had burst due to the intensity of the fire and the smoke, but the final truth about all this will be known from the FSL report.
