Actor Ajai Rao, who was last seen in Love You Rachchu, has been silently prepping for what will be a very busy 2022 for him. The actor plans to complete two films as the lead before embarking on his directorial debut by the end of the year.
“I have a film with filmmaker Manju Swaraj that is soon going to take off. This film is a retro love story and is based on a novel. We will be able to divulge information about the rest of the film closer to when we start shooting. We plan to go on floors either by the end of this month or early next month,” shares Ajai.
Apart from this film, Ajai is also searching for good scripts for the next film that will be backed by his banner. “We are looking at getting the right story and have been in discussions for the same. I plan on commencing work on this film the moment we are done with Manju’s film. Once I am done with this second film, I will finally embark on a new journey as a director. I am writing the story for the same and hope to have it ready soon. I’m looking at beginning work on that film by the end of the year,” adds Ajai.
