iGowise drives India’s micromobility revolution

CH NEWS

Founded in 2020 amid the pandemic, iGowise Mobility, led by Sravan K. Appana, is redefining urban transport with intelligent, safe, and accessible electric vehicles. Its flagship offering, the BeiGo trike, employs patented Narrow Tilting Trike (NTT) technology, combining three-wheel stability with two-wheel agility. The design allows superior road grip, easy maneuvering through narrow lanes, and triple the load capacity of conventional two-wheelers, while retaining standard licensing privileges.

Beyond electrification, iGowise focuses on size, safety, and user experience. Its modular platform supports flexible “Vehicle-as-a-Service” and “Battery-as-a-Service” models, enabling rentals and subscriptions for gig workers, delivery riders, small farmers, and urban commuters without the burden of full ownership.

Strategic collaborations are accelerating iGowise’s reach. Partnerships with Hala Mobility and Elektrik Express are deploying thousands of AI-enabled BeiGo trikes and integrating them with IoT-powered logistics systems in major cities including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune. In energy innovation, iGowise and Patnaik Energy Group are introducing 5,000 portable EV power banks under an “Energy-as-a-Service” model, supporting trikes, drones, and farm equipment.

Internationally, alliances with EVMI Solutions (UK), Subeez (Switzerland), and Yaanco SAS (Colombia) aim to co-develop next-generation trikes suitable for diverse climates and terrains. Plans include localized micro-assembly and a potential USD 50 million Middle East deal. With a focus on AI, IoT, and modular mobility, iGowise is not just manufacturing EVs but creating a blueprint for inclusive, efficient, and globally competitive urban transport, positioning India at the forefront of the micromobility revolution.
