The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has announced an invitation for registration under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Adoption of Parks policy. With a total of 1270 parks under its maintenance, BBMP has received interest from companies, citizens, and stakeholders willing to assist in the sustainable development of parks in Bengaluru.
Interested parties residing within BBMP jurisdiction or nearby parks are encouraged to register online through the BBMP website before June 29, 2024, by 5:00 PM. The purpose of registration is to involve citizens and stakeholders in maintenance and development activities of parks, medians, and circles within their vicinity.
The registration process aims to foster active citizen participation and better understand the requirements of the community under the Community Involvement for Park Conservation Policy CIPC-2024 and CSR & Adoption Policy (Namma Bengaluru Nanna Koduge).
