As per sources, a young man in Karachi allegedly killed his friend over a dispute about a burger intended for his girlfriend. The incident occurred on February 8 in the Defence Phase 5 area, and police authorities have concluded their investigation. The victim, Ali Keerio, purportedly consumed a portion of the accused, Daniyal’s, girlfriend’s burger, leading to a confrontation.

Daniyal, the son of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Nazir Ahmed Mirbahar, reacted angrily and fatally shot Keerio with a guard’s rifle. Keerio passed away while receiving treatment at a hospital. The investigative officer attributed responsibility to Daniyal Nazeer, who is currently in detention awaiting trial, as reported by sources.
