Geetha Shivrajkumar Is Like My Sister, No Personal Criticism: KS Eshwarappa

KS Eshwarappa, the rebel BJP candidate from the constituency, has stated that he refrains from personally criticizing Geeta Shivraj Kumar. Speaking in the city, he highlighted Yediyurappa’s alliance with Congress in the last assembly elections, aiming to secure victories for Vijayendra and Raghavendra in Lok Sabha elections by allegedly fielding a dummy candidate from Congress. He claimed that disgruntled Congress members, upset by the dummy candidate are now supporting him, indicating his confidence in winning.
Eshwarappa mentioned receiving support from Congress members associated with Geeta Shivrajkumar and BJP workers aligned with BY Raghavendra, asserting that they have pledged their votes to him. He emphasized his commitment to safeguarding Hindutva and freeing the party from familial control, urging voters to stand by him.
Asserting his allegiance to BJP, Eshwarappa acknowledged the contributions of senior party members like DS Shankaramurthy, Ramachandre Gowda, CT Ravi, Pratap Simha, Nalin Kumar Kateel, Basanagowda Patil Yatnal, and Ananth Kumar Hegde. He expressed his intent to seek blessings from the party after winning and vowed to raise Narendra Modi’s hand upon victory.
