Health and Family Welfare Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao declared that a significant political shift will originate from Dakshina Kannada. He expressed these sentiments during a consultative meeting with representatives from various communities, including Gatti, Kulal, Vishwakarma, Mogaveera, Devadiga, Christian, Brahman, Balyaya, GSB, SC, ST, Jogi, Rama Kshatriya, Ganiga, Savitha, and Madivala, convened by the Congress.
As the District Minister of Dakshina Kannada, Dinesh Gundu Rao stressed the importance of ensuring every individual’s opportunity for development. He affirmed the government’s commitment to the welfare of all communities, noting the observed political transformation in the coastal region. “We will undertake all necessary measures to ensure equitable justice,” he assured.
Highlighting the significance of voting, the Minister urged citizens to raise awareness about the electoral process among voters.
Congress candidate R Padmaraj, acknowledging the party’s decision to nominate him, emphasized his dedication to representing the interests of the backward classes. I will prioritize the concerns of the people who have placed their trust in me, he affirmed during the meeting convened to address the issues faced by backward communities.
