The RT Nagar police have arrested a man for murdering his friend on January 23. The police have identified the accused as Upendra alias Ujala, a native of Uttar Pradesh, who resided in RT Nagar and worked as a daily wage worker.
According to the police, the accused murdered his friend Shravan Sharma after them about money. Victim died due to internal injuries.
According to the police, Shravan Sharma was found dead at his rented house in RT Nagar but there were no injuries on his body. Karan Sharma, Shravan’s brother had registered Unnatural Death Report (UDR) at the RT Nagar Police Station. From the post-mortem report, we got to know that Shravan Kumar died because of internal injury. Shravan Sharma had come to Bengaluru for work two weeks ago. The accused absconded to Uttar Pradesh after the murder. The accused was arrested and has been sent to jail, said Saidulu Adavath, Deputy Commissioner of Police, North Divison. The accused and the victim both were natives of Uttar Pradesh. The accused absconded to his native after the murder from where he was arrested.
