BENGALURU
Munish Moudgil, Special Commissioner of the Greater Bengaluru Authority, said a new online system has been introduced allowing property owners to make corrections to certain details in their e-Khata documents. Speaking at a workshop on Wednesday, he said officials were briefed about revised application and approval procedures aimed at simplifying the process for citizens. Property owners will now be able to make minor corrections online, reducing the need to visit corporation offices. Moudgil also said citizens can now withdraw wrongly submitted e-Khata applications through the system. Around 13.05 lakh SAS ID-based property owners in Bengaluru can now download e-Khata certificates and apply for final e-Khata online, easing dependence on manual procedures.
