The couple claims that their tax returns were obtained illegally and through fraudulent means, breaching their right to privacy and violating the Income Tax Act. They assert that the facts in their tax returns have been distorted to create a false narrative. The statement suggests that the allegations are being made in installments to maintain a false narrative rather than to uncover the truth.
Madhabi and Dhaval Buch describe themselves as honest professionals with transparent and dignified careers. They express confidence in disproving the allegations and reserve the right to pursue legal action if advised. The couple believes that the ongoing falsehoods are intended to distort facts and malign their reputations.
