Pregnant Richa Chadha, like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, and Neha Dhupia, has now become an example to many women on how to manage their personal and professional lives. She has signed a comedy picture and is keen to return to work as soon as she has her baby.
Richa has made the decision to carry on working without stopping. She has signed her next, and shortly the film’s title will be revealed.
According to a person familiar with the film’s development, Richa thinks the script is fantastic and a genuinely entertaining idea. August is when pre-production work is scheduled to begin, with floors opening in October. The movie is said to have been filmed just before winter arrives in the north.
The film is a comedy genre with a North Indian setting, and Amitosh Nagpal has already written the script.
Richa made the following statement about her decision to return to work following her maternity leave ‘I am determined to get back to work as soon as possible, and not take a long break, as I have pending commitments.’ However, she acknowledged that she couldn’t speak for other women and that each woman’s journey is unique.
She said, ‘I take immense inspiration from my mother, who managed both roles with grace and efficiency,’ explaining the reasoning behind her choice.
Depending on your partner’s level of involvement and the type of support network you have around you, I think I can manage both responsibilities just as well. I consider myself fortunate to have figured out both of those things. It’s not unusual, in my opinion either.
