KH Venukumar took office as the President of District Working Journalists’ Association. Ballugopal, outgoing President of the association, handed over charge to Venukumar.
Speaking on the occasion, Venukumar said he is grateful to everyone for electing as President of Working Journalists’ Association, adding that he is actively involved in the welfare of members of the Journalists’ Association. He said that everyone’s cooperation is needed for this.
Outgoing President Ballugopal said he is satisfied that he has gained everyone’s trust during his tenure, wishing that he would cooperate with Venukumar to work successfully. State Executive Committee Member HB Madanagowda, Special Invitee Ravinakalagudu, General Secretary Manju Banavase, National Council Member G Prakash, Secretary Nataraj, Treasurer Kumar and others were present.
