B.P. Kotur, an education expert and Global Good Will Ambassador, underscored the importance of ensuring that all forms of development remain in harmony with nature.
Speaking at the project exhibition open day 2024 held at the Academy of Technical Education College on Saturday near Kengeri – Uttarahalli Main Road, Kotur highlighted the need for economic activities to complement environmental preservation efforts.
Highlighting the significance of instilling a sense of societal responsibility among engineering students, Kiwi Matu stressed that academic achievements alone are insufficient. Matu encouraged students to leverage their technological expertise for the betterment of society, thereby making a meaningful and lasting contribution.
Addressing the audience, Kotur reiterated the necessity of concerted efforts in turning dreams into reality, cautioning against complacency. He cited recent achievements in India, such as the South Pole Chandrayaan mission, as examples of remarkable progress in the field of space exploration, acknowledging the significant contributions of engineers from L&T.
