Three persons have been arrested by the Bengaluru police for allegedly assaulting a private company’s HR manager in connection with a personal dispute. The three accused are Madhu (30), a resident of Chikkaballapur district, and his associates Pramod Alexander and Imran Pasha. The police are searching for the missing accused.
Rajasekhar Rai, a resident of BHEL, 2nd Stage, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, works as an HR Manager in a private company. On March 8, the accused gang followed HR Rajashekhar Rai’s car who left office by 8 PM. As per the records, accused who were in blue colour car attacked Rajashekhar Rai’s car near Bagalur’s BK Palya cross.
As the HR was unaware of the attack, four men immediately hit him with weapons and escaped. However, after the attack, Rajasekhar Rai had lodged a complaint at Bagalur police station. Madhu, the main accused in the case, was arrested and interrogated by the police. During the interrogation Madhu revealed his gang mate names and the two out three are taken into custody.
The accused said they tried to murder Rajashekhar as they had personal hatred. As they couldn’t kill him, they broke the glasses of Rajashekhar’s car and tried to kill him when he was unable to strike with a weapon.
Investigation also revealed that the accused had gone to HR’s house again on the same night to re-attack as the complaint was lodged against them.
