According to data released by the education department, a total of 40,448 students had registered for the SSLC examination in Vijayapura district. Out of these, 39,597 students appeared for the exam, while 851 candidates remained absent. Officials confirmed that the examination was conducted smoothly across all centers without any major incidents. Adequate arrangements were made to ensure a fair and transparent process, including proper distribution of question papers and strict monitoring at examination centers. The department stated that all necessary measures were taken to maintain discipline and prevent malpractice.
