A stretch of Magadi Road, located near the Naadaprabhu Kempegowda Convention Centre and in front of the Bengaluru Nirashritara Parihara Kendra, has witnessed development efforts marred by neglect, creating hazardous conditions for motorists.
Despite the expansion of the road, a significant portion remains unusable due to the accumulation of loose gravel, posing a threat to motorcyclists. The layer of sand, known to cause skidding, forces two-wheeler riders to navigate the middle of the road where it is relatively clear to avoid accidents.
Authorities responsible for the road’s upkeep have come under scrutiny for their failure to address the issue, rendering the broader road ineffective for motorists.
